For one person, eating healthy should be the main goal in the diet.
For another person, eating healthy or high fat is fine; but do the following to maximize your overall food intake:
- Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
- Eat lots of protein and fiber.
Don’t look at yourself as an individual calorie intakeer; you’re more than just food – you also need to eat quality food.
If a particular person or people with particular dietary habits can’t get by on a weight-loss plan, then perhaps you need to increase food intake through healthy eating, but you’re not the only one out there who doesn’t know what’s going on.
Here’s an example of a healthy weight loss diet to help you out.
Let’s take another example of a more healthy weight loss diet:
- For two people, a healthy and low-fiber diet would be fine.
- For three people, a good low-fiber diet would be great.
