Vitamin A is found naturally in many foods, but it is also found in many minerals.
For example: Plum and soy are rich sources of essential vitamin A. They are also rich in other vitamin A minerals.
Vitamin E is found naturally in vegetables, nuts and seeds and is found in red meat, poultry and milk.
Vitamin C is found naturally in fruit, vegetables and protein, but may be added to food if a dairy product is added to the diet.
Vitamin B6 is found naturally in fish, poultry and eggs but not in fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin B12 is found naturally in milk, but not in vegetables.
Vitamin D and vitamin D-6 are found naturally in fish, poultry and eggs.
Vitamin D-3 is found naturally in fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin D-2 is found in milk, but not in fruit (unless it is added, of course).
Red meat, eggs, and milk are rich sources of vitamin A.
Green tea is rich in essential vitamins A-D.
Fruit foods are very high in vitamin A.
Red meat is rich in vitamin A-Z (along with other nutrients).
It may be helpful to try a variety of low-Vitamin A foods and foods with vitamin D and D-6. One may also try a variety of foods that contain vitamin A.
B vitamins and D-9, D12 and D13 were found to contain high amounts of vitamin A.
