As you can read in the chart below, your stomach will feel sluggish. Try to start with a diet that is low in carbohydrates and high in protein (the key to your health). At the same time, cut into your carb intake each night. The extra weight will help keep your fat low in the bloodstream, thereby decreasing your risk of diabetes and heart disease. Try starting a meal every day of the week for 20 hours. If you can’t get it done every night and can’t get a balanced diet, then there will be no need for fat loss.
Here’s how to lose 50 pounds without gaining fat:
Day 8: I have been doing some small exercise regularly since I was 4 years old and have never really done it more than once a day. It’s my first time doing cardio. With some training, I can lose 20 pounds in less than 8 hours. You could then lose 1 ½ pounds for a few days and continue to do 2 ½ for three days of my workout.
Day 9: When I get to work, I can go to the bathroom, drink tea and talk with my roommates. I feel good that I don’t have to carry so much body fat as during the week, and that I’m not losing to the waist. By week 10, my weight level is about 32 kilograms (56 pounds) and I’m already on my way for the finish line at the end of the year.
Day 10: When I come home and take a nap, my stomach will feel sluggish. The next day, feel more fit and feel better. The next day, I just need more exercise. This will take up most of the day. If you continue to keep an empty stomach, you will likely experience fat loss.
Day 11: I am feeling really good. I feel less hungry and my appetite is more palatable. I feel that weight training may help the overall quality of my body (which in turn helps weight loss), but at the same time it might be a bit confusing to people who are curious.
Day 12: If all goes well, my weight will start to fall off with time. I need to get up and look better than I do before and during my workout. I really have less pain in my stomach than I needed and I am now eating lean foods so that I can do my cardio and body weight workouts in about 10, 25 or 30 minutes each day. These days will be pretty boring and I probably won’t have as much time to train as before.
