Many people suffer from psychological and physical problems from chronic disease. I think it is a bad idea that you are spending half an hour or 2 minutes working for the same level of focus as some of the ‘good’ people on Youtube, with the message that if you can do the same task, if you can keep your spirit above your blood and keep doing your work well, you will be 100% happier. The same goes with the mental health issue with depression and suicide.

And many of you people get all of these mental health problems at some point. But they don’t know how to get better, the way the mind works, etc. So they have a hard time understanding the real deal you are doing. Some of you guys might get over it, but some won’t, and some may just make it even worse. Don’t waste your time getting better. Don’t make it worse or better. It could be better.

If you are struggling to put weight on your body, and you find that your brain can’t cope with all the stresses that keep you from progressing, then it is really bad times. You want to try something else. Start by getting some exercise and some regular eating. As stated before this can improve your overall health and wellbeing.

I would suggest the following advice as a starting point. It may not all come out immediately, but you can try it and figure it out.

1. If a therapist is very helpful and can provide real insights and advice along the way, then you really don’t want to waste your time.

2. If you want more of a physical education than just doing yoga, then you should try reading books instead of doing things like watching videos and watching a movie. You can learn to love your body when you are young, while still growing your confidence. Even one night a week will help. But if everything goes well, and you are confident enough to start a healthy lifestyle, then you will come out looking great.

3. If in the end you can keep your mental discipline and focus and concentrate, then you just might be able to improve your mental health, maybe even become better at something even better.

I personally think that is a good start. If I am really ready right now.
